Fight Worry with Faith

My mother always says “worry is a mild form of atheism”.  I find this to be true for anyone–no matter what their spiritual or religious beliefs are.  Sometimes we get consumed with worry about a problem or situation that we add more negative energy to the situation. We need to consciously practice the art of meeting our problems, head on, with an attitude of faith that it will be resolved, in due time.  Imagine if we all viewed every situation with the notion that the issue is temporary and the resolution is forthcoming–we’d all be better problem solvers and definitely less stressed!
